Appointment in Santander
Our Group convenes the fifteenth Euromeeting. We are going so Spain again and we will visit the north of the Cantabrian region. Our annual meeting will take place from April the 17th to April the 24th 2009, in Santander, the capital of Cantabria.
The accommodation, meeting rooms and activities have been booked in the four-star Hotel Santemar, in El Sardinero, next to the Santander Casino, in the town’s best residential and touristic area. Santander, “la bella señora” (“the beautiful lady”), has one of the most beautiful seaside promenade and one of Spain’s most kept up urban beaches.
In those hotel facilities, we will have at our disposal a meeting room for the General Assembly, a room for the Board of Directors and the European Workgroup (GET), as well as an office for the Group Secretariat.
We have organized the following trips: Santander; Cabárceno; Castro Urdiales and Laredo; Picos de Europa, Monastery of Liébana and Potes; Cuevas del Soplao and Sanvicente de la Barquera; Suances, Santillana del Mar and Comillas.
